HOLY MOLY, David and I will be celebrating 5 years

this November 2015.

Wowza.

Never would have imagined life like this,

but I wouldn't trade it for the world.

So lucky to have my King.

He's my better half.

He supports me.

He encourages me.

He compliments me.

He loves me for me.

Anyways,

Here is a little bit of how we met..

You ready for a corny, mushy love story?

HAHA!

It all started when we went on our first hike together.

We were both nervous.

I was thinking to myself, "what should I say to him?"

(Shianne think, say something.)

There were a few awkward silences.

Ohhh gosh, I thought it was over then and there.

But after our hike he dropped me off at my apartment.

Before I got out of the car, he asked me to go to the movies!

Of course I said yes.

I was so excited because I didn't think we would have another date.

Transformers Dark of the Moon

is what we went to see in 3D.

We both love the Transformers movies.

This one was great to watch in 3D.

After the movie, when he dropped me off again.

He leaned in and kissed me.

I was so nervous.

My heart was beating like crazy.

I hope this kiss is a good one.

LOL.

Well I guess it was, because here we are.

Still together and building our relationship.

We look so young here.

We were just hanging out at his apartment.

Probably watching Rescue Me.

We always spent as much time as we could together.

Halloween Time.

Bam-Bam and Pebbles.

This night was the first night he said he loved me!

Love is in the air.

We had so much fun this night.

David and his roommates had a party.

Making more memories together.

Life is good.

(We were chunky monkeys) hehe.

I surprised David with Steeler's tickets.

He was so happy.

Neither of us had been to a professional football game.

What a fun-filled weekend.

One of our many firsts together.

Guess what's next?

BABY on the way.

What a surprise!

Best surprise ever though.

Even though we weren't quite ready for this,

we had each other to figure it out.

Is it a boy or girl?!

 

It's a GIRL!

There was no way we could wait to find out.

We had to know what the sex of the baby was.

We thought, thought and thought

of baby names.

We didn't know what to name our precious girl.

We finally decided.

Trinity Parker King.

9 months went by,

boy were they fast,

except the end.

TPK didn't want to make her appearance.

On January 10, 2013.

She came.

Our lives changed for the better.

We were so in love with our new angel.

Best moment of our lives.

August 31, 2013 we got engaged.

David had the PERFECT proposal.

I was on cloud 9.

Tears of joy streamed down my face.

I had no idea this was coming,

but I was in heaven.

We are getting married!!!

How he asked me.

I am the luckiest girl in the world.

Ocean City, Maryland.

Our favorite memories are made there.

Next was engagement photos.

We set the date: 6/13/2015.

But we changed it.

Life gets busy.

The wedding planning was taking over.

We decided to postpone the wedding.

Since I am a girl and I have that dream,

that dream of a perfect wedding,

we decided to wait.

We decided we wanted to save some money.

We decided to pay off some debt.

We decided buying a house was first priority.

So that's our short version of our love story!

On the to do list:

Buy House

Get Married

Have Another Baby

or

Have Another Baby

Get Married

Whichever comes first.

All I know is..

Life with my King makes perfect sense.

We made it this far and we will grow old together.

No matter what.
