Shakeology

I haven't been drinking Shakeology long,
but I sure do love it.
I was introduced to Shakeology in July 2015.
I didn't even want to try it.
I really dislike meal replacement shakes.
When I tried the samples though..
I was IN LOVE.
Chocolate is my absolute favorite.
Shakeology is my breakfast every morning.
It helps me curb my cravings.
It gives me energy.
It keeps me fuller longer.
It has the nutrients and proteins I need.
And it is low in calories.
Perfect, right?

I want to share some of my favorite recipes I have tried so far.
If you haven't tried Shakeology
and you want to: message me.
Seriously, I don't know what I would do without it now.

- 1 scoop of chocolate shakeology
- 1 tbsp. of PB2
- 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk
- Ice and some water
Blend it and you're ready to go!
I drink this recipe like ALL the time because I love it so much!
It's simple and easy!
Chocolate Shakeology Protein Balls:
- 8 tbsp. PB2 (low fat, high protein powdered peanut butter)
- 3 tbsp. Natural Peanut butter
- 1/2 Cup Shakeology Chocolate Powder
- 3 tbsp. Raw Honey
- 1/2 Cup Quick Oats
DIRECTIONS:
Mix PB2 with water until it’s a paste like consistency. Mix all ingredients, including the PB2 mixture together in a mixing bowl. It make take some time to blend all of the ingredients together. If it’s too sticky, sprinkle in additional protein powder so that it’s a pretty dry/crumbly texture. Roll mixture into small individual balls (about a ping-pong ball size) and place on a wax sheet. Makes about 12 balls, 1 ounce each. Put in freezer until firm.
